Recently, one of our clients approached us to design a custom lithium battery pack for a cleaning sweeper. The client specified a rated voltage of 355V with an operating voltage range of 300V to 405V, and a capacity of approximately 72kWh. Additionally, they required the battery pack to meet specific standards for charge/discharge speed and cycle life.

Drawing on our extensive experience and technical capabilities, we selected 110 units of 230Ah LiFePO4 cells to create a customized solution. The result was a battery pack with a rated voltage of 352V, an operating voltage range of 302.5V to 401.5V, and a rated capacity of 80.96kWh, with a standard cycle life exceeding 4,000 cycles. This custom design not only met but exceeded the client’s expectations, enhancing the sweeper’s performance, longevity, and reliability.
