Game-Changing Energy Storage Solutions

CORNEX's 472Ah energy storage cell stole the show, marking a milestone as it enters mass production. This high-performance cell provides 1,510.4Wh per unit, offering a remarkable 50% increase in capacity compared to traditional cells. It boasts over 12,000 charge cycles, enhancing the longevity and efficiency of energy storage systems. When integrated into 20-foot battery containers, these systems reach a total capacity of 6.9MWh, cutting lifetime costs by 20%, making it a highly cost-efficient solution for large-scale and commercial storage applications.

Innovations in Electric Vehicle Battery Technology

CORNEX also revealed its 120Ah fast-charging cell, designed to support 800V architectures. With an impressive energy density of 191Wh/kg and the ability to charge at a 4C rate, this cell enables electric vehicles to achieve driving ranges between 350 and 750 km. The company also showcased specialized cells for a range of commercial electric vehicles, marine vessels, and construction machinery, demonstrating the versatility of their technology across different industries.

Next-Level Safety Solutions for Energy Systems

CORNEX's upgraded Submerge 2.0 safety platform garnered attention with its advanced features, including a 6-second fire suppression time, 27% enhanced cooling efficiency, and a 98% reduction in coolant usage. Combined with the CTP 3.0 liquid cooling system, which delivers over 80% volumetric efficiency in battery packs, these innovations address crucial thermal management issues, making them ideal for high-performance energy systems in extreme environments.

Addressing the diversified demands of the global energy transition, CORNEX has forged a strategy of "ESS+EV batteries", constructing a multi-dimensional green energy ecosystem spanning power systems, transportation, and end-user consumption.

At the exhibition, CORNEX showcased flagship products under such strategy. On the energy storage front, alongside the next-gen 472Ah cell, its "π Series" ultra-long cycle life and high-temperature-durable customized solutions attracted significant client interest. For EV applications, over a dozen high-performance EV cells cover models from Mini EVs to C+ segment, pure electric to hybrid, while 21Ah, 230Ah and 324Ah commercial cells are widely used in low-speed vehicles, construction machinery, and marine applications.

As of April 2025, CORNEX has filed nearly 5,000 patents globally, developed over 60 products in ESS and EV battery fields, and advanced technologies across lithium-ion, solid-state, sodium-ion, lithium manganese iron phosphate (LMFP), and cylindrical cell routes, with over 200 product certifications secured.

To bolster its global strategy, CORNEX has established a technical service network spanning 15 countries and regions, enabling 24/7 rapid response capabilities while securing authoritative international certifications including UL and IEC. Through technological innovation and localized service solutions, CORNEX products have successfully penetrated multiple overseas markets, with its global footprint continuously expanding.
