EVE Signed Cooperation-Energy Storage Customers To Expand

cooperation with Delta Electronics Industry Co., LTD

On July 10, EVE signed a memorandum of cooperation with Delta Electronics Industry Co., LTD. (hereinafter referred to as "Delta") to deepen cooperation and consensus and jointly create a new chapter of development.

EVE and Delta in-depth cooperation in the global energy storage market, the integration of superior resources, strengthen cooperation in multi-scene battery, BMS, energy storage system projects, and so on, to jointly inject innovative vitality into the global market, promote the effective landing of the strategy, and comprehensively help sustainable development.

Delta, founded in 1971, is a global provider of power management and cooling solutions. After 23 years of rapid development, EVE has become a globally competitive lithium battery platform company.

EVE said that the development strategies and concepts of the two sides coincide, and the scope of cooperation is broad. The signing of the MOU opens a new chapter for the two sides to further expand and deepen cooperation in multiple fields and at various levels.

Since the beginning of this year, the EVE business has developed rapidly, the first quarter of 2024 global energy storage battery shipments ranked Top2, as of the second quarter of energy storage battery shipments have reached 60GWh.

At the same time, EVE capacity expansion at home and abroad. On July 5, EVE announced that wholly-owned Sun company EVE Malaysia Limited intends to invest in the construction of energy storage batteries and consumer battery manufacturing projects, with an investment amount of no more than 3.277 billion yuan.

As early as January this year, EVE has announced the purchase of a new phase II plot, will soon build an energy storage plant in Malaysia base.

Domestically, according to the recent news of "Zhongjian Installation", the Qujing EVE power battery general contract project undertaken by the company was successfully mass-produced and delivered.

This means that the EVE Qujing energy storage battery project has taken another step forward from entering the mass production and manufacturing stage. The project has an annual output of 23GWh cylindrical lithium iron phosphate(lifepo4) energy storage power battery project, with a total investment of about 5.5 billion yuan.
