REPT BATTERO Powtrix™ 6.26MWh energy storage system made its overseas debut at Intersolar Europe

REPT BATTERO Powtrix™ 6.26MWh energy storage system

On May 7th, the Intersolar Europe International Solar Technology Exhibition opened at the Messe Munich in Germany. At the event, REPT BATTERO made its overseas debut of the new 392Ah energy storage cell and Powtrix™ 6.26MWh energy storage system, showcasing a wide range of energy storage cells and systems, offering the industry a comprehensive energy storage solution for all scenarios.

Safety Performance + Energy Efficiency + Economic Value: The Powtrix™ 6.26MWh Energy Storage System Excels in All Aspects

REPT BATTERO's Powtrix™ 6.26MWh energy storage system is equipped with the new Wending® 392Ah energy storage cell, which has an energy density of 415Wh/L. It combines high safety, high energy density, and high energy efficiency, and is highly compatible with existing production lines. Mass production and delivery are expected to begin in the middle of this year.

The Powtrix™ 6.26MWh energy storage system offers two versions: a 4-hour long-term energy storage and a 2-hour energy storage version, with steady-state energy efficiency exceeding 95% and a cycle life of over 12,000 cycles. It is compatible with centralized and string-type wiring configurations, making it suitable for a wider range of applications.

Safety and Reliability

· Advanced Cell Integration Technology: The 392-cell integration technology enhances the safety, reliability, and maturity of the system.

· AI Technology-Driven: Through data-driven smart operation and maintenance, combined with an active safety management system, the system's safety protection is strengthened.

· Thermoelectric Coupling Safety Design: Based on national and international standards, and by conducting potential failure mode analysis, the system improves thermal safety standards, ensuring that forced thermal runaway does not spread, and that the failure of a module does not affect adjacent modules.

Economic Efficiency and High Performance

· Increased Battery Energy Density: Compared to the Powtrix™ 5MWh system, the energy density of the Powtrix™ 6.26MWh system is increased by 20%.

· Space and Labor Savings: The system saves 16% of the land area and reduces onsite labor by 18%, lowering initial investment and speeding up project return on investment.

· Active Balancing Technology: The passive balancing system is upgraded to active balancing, effectively reducing downtime for maintenance and improving battery utilization and operational economy.

Environmental Adaptability

· Adaptability to Extreme Environments: The Powtrix™ 6.26MWh system operates stably in extreme environments, such as the -40°C cold plateau and 60°C high-temperature desert.

· High Modal Design Concept: Adopting high modal design concepts from power battery systems, the product ensures excellent durability.

Structural Optimization and Stability

· Optimized Design: The system is optimized for special requirements such as sea and land transport, earthquake resistance, and snow and wind load, ensuring excellent structural stability.

After-Sales Service and Global Support

· Global After-Sales Network: REPT BATTERO has established a comprehensive after-sales service network in key regions such as China, Europe, the U.S., and Australia, providing quick responses and customized solutions to meet the after-sales needs of global customers.

Strengthening the Safety Foundation of the Energy Storage Industry: Large-Scale Fire Test Announcement

REPT BATTERO Powtrix™ 6.26MWh energy storage system

As energy storage systems grow rapidly in scale and with increasing fire accidents in global energy storage projects, how to build a multi-dimensional safety protection system and prevent chain thermal runaway under extreme conditions has become a critical technical bottleneck in the construction of new power systems. While REPT BATTERO focuses on technological innovation, the company has always adhered to product quality and the defense of the energy storage industry's safety standards. A large-scale fire test for the energy storage system will be conducted soon.

The large-scale fire test is recognized as the industry’s top safety test, known for its strict standards, comprehensive data collection, and scientifically reliable test structure. It compensates for the shortcomings of traditional standards that cannot simulate real-world scenarios, showing the system’s fire spread prevention capabilities in large-scale energy storage projects. REPT BATTERO will collaborate with the CSA Group to conduct this large-scale fire test to demonstrate its safety quality through rigorous testing.

REPT BATTERO's stunning appearance at this exhibition showcases its commitment to deepening the energy storage field and supporting global green, low-carbon, and sustainable development. Looking ahead, REPT BATTERO will focus on multi-dimensional efforts, including technological research and development, product innovation, and application scenarios, injecting strong momentum into the global green low-carbon movement.
