Warsaw, Poland, August 1st – Sungrow, a global leader in PV inverters and energy storage systems, has successfully deployed a state-of-the-art hybrid energy solution at a rehabilitation center in Rzeszów, Poland, in partnership with Recosolar, a specialist in residential and commercial PV installations. The system includes a 16kWp rooftop solar array paired with a 25kWh energy storage system (ESS), setting a new benchmark for energy reliability and self-consumption optimization in Poland’s healthcare sector.
"At Sungrow, we are committed to delivering innovative and reliable energy solutions that meet the unique needs of our clients. This project at the rehabilitation center in Rzeszów is a testament to our dedication to enhancing energy reliability and efficiency in the energy sector," said Michał Kłos, Country Manager for Sungrow in Poland.
With over 18 years of experience in Europe, Sungrow has established a robust regional presence, supported by more than 750 employees, 25+ local offices, and two European R&D teams.
The project utilizes Sungrow’s SH15T hybrid inverters, a high-efficiency (over 98%) three-phase solution with backup power capability, designed for seamless installation. The solar installation is integrated with an ESS consisting of five SBH100 batteries (5kWh each), which can be expanded to eight modules for future scalability. The SBH100 is a high-voltage, modular battery system capable of 50A continuous charge/discharge current.
Additionally, the system incorporates Sungrow’s iHomeManager for intelligent energy management, enabling control over lighting, heating, EV charging, and other smart home applications.
"Sungrow products are easy to install, highly reliable, and backed by excellent local technical support. This project showcases how clean energy can support the healthcare sector in Poland and beyond," said Paweł Bytnar of Recosolar.
The facility, where uninterrupted power is critical, will gain energy independence, real-time monitoring, optimized consumption, and seamless integration with existing smart systems. The project ensures enhanced energy reliability, maximized self-consumption, and intelligent energy management.
Sungrow maintains a dedicated Polish team providing end-to-end technical and commercial support for projects of all scales—from residential to utility-level. The company actively engages in major industry events, such as ENEX in Kielce, to demonstrate its comprehensive energy solutions.
